Garden Pavilion for Beehives
We created this 3D model of a pavilion with beehives on the top with the idea to help bees find a home in the city. In this way we can help rebuild declining bee populations. Bees are threatened by habitat loss and pesticides and we believe that by installing beehives on tops of pavilions in city parks, such as the Sea Garden in Burgas, can help restore these essential pollinators. Garden pavilions are usually installed in parks and green spaces, which can serve as living space for these animals. On the walls of the pavilion there will be information boards intended to inform the citizens of the life cycle of bees and the danger of extinction they face, which will make people more aware of this issue and thus they will become more environmentally concerned.

Rooftop garden
We created the 3D model of a rooftop garden in order to improve and expand the natural habitats of birds and insects in our city. Due to the increased housing development in urban areas there is a lack of green spaces, which inevitably affects the number of bird species and insects in big cities. The purpose of our 3D model is to expand their natural habitats by using free spaces in urban areas such as the roof of a supermarket, for creating a rooftop garden. The rooftop can be afforested and equipped with birdhouses. In this way, bird sanctuaries will be created, where birds will be able to nest and find food. The vegetation on the rooftop is a great opportunity for local communities to expand the natural habitats of many species of insects, too. The gardens can be maintained by volunteers and visited by students for educational purposes.
Bird Feeder Pole for Herring Gulls
The purpose of this 3D model is to improve the life of herring gulls, living in the central part of Burgas. During the winter thеsе species face difficulties to find food and very often dig through garbage in the street waste bins or attack passers-by eating something. The bird feeder pole for herring gulls is designed to be safe for both birds and passers-by. It consists of the following elements: a pole, a basket or food container and a button to move the container up and down the pole. It can also be manually operated with the help of a string if it is not automatic. In this way, people can put food or leftovers in the container, which can be pulled to the top of the pole. Then the birds will be able to get to the food easily and will not disturb pedestrians. Such bird feeder poles for herring gulls can be placed on every pole in urban environment – on a parking lot, in the central part of the city or near to the port of the city.
