In 2025, many people in Bulgaria took to the streets to protest against the government. These protests were caused by serious problems such as high prices, low incomes, corruption, and decisions that people felt were unfair. I believe these protests were important and necessary.
At first, I did not pay much attention to what was happening. However, when I saw how many people were protesting peacefully, I realised that this was not just about politics. It was about real life and the future of our country. People of different ages came together to express their dissatisfaction and demand change.
In my opinion, the most important result of the protests was the resignation of the government. This showed that when citizens speak loudly and clearly, politicians have to listen. It made me feel that democracy can work if people are active and united.
As a young person, this event made me think more about my role in society. Even though students cannot vote yet, we still have opinions and the right to care about what happens in our country.
To me, the 2025 protests were a strong example of civic responsibility. They proved that change is possible when people stand together and demand a better future.
